We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Senior Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our company and its overall marketing function. This role requires the ability to identify growth opportunities, incorporate operational change, and work to continually improve the efforts of Marketing toward corporate financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience building and managing a high-functioning Marketing team within a fast-paced and dynamic organization. This requires expertise in lead and demand generation techniques, branding, go-to-market strategies, digital tactics, and knowledge of best practices and industry trends.

Key Requirements: Team Building and Management, Process Development, Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal), Business Development, and Workflow Management

Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize operations across a Marketing organization of 9+ resources
  • Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts and strategic/tactical plans
  • Work closely with business leaders to develop positioning and go-to-market initiatives
  • Manage efforts to increase brand awareness and market share
  • Develop and manage the marketing technology stack and budget
  • Oversee all branding efforts, advertising, and promotional campaigns
  • Manage execution and effectiveness of channels, including email marketing, website development, content development, SEO, partner marketing, events, and public relations
  • Preparing and presenting regular performance data to senior management
  • Manage service-level agreements across creative, web/digital, and content functions
  • Work closely with Sales resources to define, manage, and optimize lead funnel
  • Manage annual KRAs and annual goals of a cross-functional Marketing organization

Senior Marketing Manager Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT Organizations, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 9+ years building and managing a cross-functional Marketing organization.
  • Strong understanding of growth concepts and industry patterns.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing effective Marketing procedures and campaigns across multiple services and relevant audiences.
  • Expertise with digital Marketing strategies and instruments, including SEO, content, social media, web, and email campaign tools.
  • Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mentality with the capacity to decipher information and derive insights.
  • Creative visionary with an enthusiasm for problem-solving.
  • Marketing agency experience a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel as required for industry conferences, and client gatherings.
