Digital Marking Executive

Designation: Digital Marking Executive.

Education and or Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 1 – 3 Years

Full-stack marketer who have knowledge and experience of all aspects of marketing, from social media and video to user experience and content, Plan and execute all web, SEO, web analytics, email, and paid media utilizing a range of techniques.

Job Location: Pune

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate online marketing campaigns on all social and digital media platforms.
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Track conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Track growth and maintain analytics reports to provide up-to-date information to upper management.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Oversee the social media strategy for the company.
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Manage the redesign of the company website.
  • Oversee all customer-facing digital communication channels.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging
  • Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns
  • Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly
  • Ensure proper messaging is being executed online (ORM)
  • Identify leaders and influencers (internal/external) and engage them in brand activities
  • Assist with website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed
  • Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end
  • Understands and can utilize emerging platforms, digital media, and web/social media management and measurement tools (e.g. Hoot Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner)

Other Skills:

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and the ever-changing digital marketplace.
  • An advanced understanding of Internet regulations and standards is a plus.
